1. Processing Time (Production Time)

Most of our items are made-to-order.
Processing time varies depending on the product type.

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Large or custom pieces: 5–10 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If additional time is needed for production, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed to the carrier.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the destination.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

Some items may have separate or higher shipping costs due to fragility and packaging requirements.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier used

  • Tracking link

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer must pay the reshipping fee

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the box (inside + outside)

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.


8. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot estimate or control these fees.

Customs delays may affect delivery times.
