Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at zbglassart.com. We take pride in producing high-quality glass artworks. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Because many of our products are custom-made, printed, or made-to-order, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • A return is approved by our team in advance

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Custom or personalized items unless damaged or incorrect


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement or

  • A refund (depending on the situation)


3. Return Process

If a return is approved:

  1. You must ship the item back in its original condition and secure packaging.

  2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom designs

  • Made-to-order glass prints

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or use


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (unless the product was defective or incorrect).


7. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges for different sizes, designs, or colors are not accepted.
